3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- All sales are final (see Return & Refund Policy)
- Payment must be received before your order is produced

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All RestoreMind designs, logos, and content are the property of RestoreMind. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without permission.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RestoreMind and its partners (including Printful) are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, revenue, or data
- Delays in shipping or production (beyond our control)
- Quality issues related to carrier damage

We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays or carrier errors.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
