PROCESSING TIME
- Standard production: 2-3 business days
- Orders are printed and packaged after payment is confirmed
- Processing does NOT include weekends or holidays
- Rush options may be available (contact us)

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Philippines & select international locations
- Delivery times vary by location (see below)

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (After Production)
- US: 3-7 business days
- Philippines: 7-14 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
- *Times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues*

SHIPPING COSTS
- Calculated at checkout based on location & weight
- Free shipping on orders over $75 USD (US only) *[optional—remove if not offering]*

TRACKING
- Track your order via email link
- Check tracking 24-48 hours after shipment
- Contact our support if tracking doesn't update after 3 days

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- If your package is lost: File a claim with the carrier and contact us within 30 days with tracking info
- If damaged: Contact us within 14 days with photos for replacement/refund
- We cannot be held liable for carrier mishandling

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- We are not responsible for customs delays
- Some countries may have restrictions on certain items

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
We do not guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control:
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Holiday backlogs
- Customs inspections
- Weather events
- Production delays (we'll notify you)
